the kitchen had all the equipment i needed. there was coffee, tea and sugar available (i really appreciated this). i barely used public transportation because most tourist places are within walking distance. receptionists answered all questions quickly before arrival and were helpful .

The location was perfect. It was clean.

The apartment is old. SUPER noisy neighbors were yelling in the halls at 1am several times. The showers both need to be serviced. The piping does not work well in one and the shower door does not close properly in the other.

the location was perfect. it is directly facing eaton mall. the staff are super kind and helpful. check-in was easy, and the staff always asked if we needed anything.

Fixtures in the room were the cheapest of the cheap. lighting was so horrible i could barely see. They looked like an electrical hazard. the couch smelled quite bad. the sofa bed was not comfortable.
